I'm a Reflexologist and Hypnotherapist and my experience is that most of my clients are mainly women who are suffering from ongoing, low-level sress from trying to meet everyone else's demands. If you project yourself 6 months into the future, will it have been worth organising another event, just because you've been asked, or will it have been a worthwhile, satisfying task in terms of your own wellbeing? Usually if something is not a win/win situation for you, then perhaps it should take a back seat? Trust your gut instinct - we already know all the answers!

Sounds fab!
I work in PR and have done event PR in the past - at an outdoors show I attended for a dating client I organised for the owner of the company to ride the zip wire which we filmed for the show highlights slot on their website.
We took cakes with little snowy mountain tops to outdoor companies we were interested in working with.
The highlight was a tug of war with the Royal Marines which was a real show stopper and lots of passers by joined in!
We also challenged journalists to pick up pedometers from the press office and drop them off to the stand when they left. The journalist who did the most number of steps got a bottle of bubbly.
We also put postcards on the backs on toilet doors.
There are loads of PR stunts you can do for free of very cheaply to draw a crowd and make your name really stand out.
Are you doing any ticket giveaways online or in local press?
Hope that helps!

I hope it all goes wonderfully for you - I am sure it will be a HUGE success. Perhaps I will find an opportunity to attend one of next years events (if not a few!) and perhaps even meet you! Good Luck x
