A new event for 30th May 2010, our Darlington baby fair is to be held in Central Hall at the Dolphin Centre.

We are packing the hall with up to 50 exhibitors all offering the best products and services for expectant and new families.  Our face of the baby fair competition will be running with our photography sponsor so pop along to have your children's portrait taken for a chance of winning. We also have class demonstrations throughout the day and our lovely face painter will be creating some masterpieces and helping to keep the older kids entertained. 

Birthday Buddies will be roaming the event and you will have opportunities to have your photo taken with your favourite, and we will also have NE Day Crafts there running craft activities throughout the day.

Refreshments are available in the Bistro for when you get hungry and there is swimming and soft play area for any older children.

Raising funds for SCBU/Maternity Unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital

We are very pleased to be supporting the community with a raffle to raise funds for SCBU and maternity unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital.  If you are able to donate a raffle prize please get in touch.

About the Dolphin Centre

Situated right in the main town centre The Dolphin Centre is the ideal location for our baby fair.  The centre is a very popular place for families boasting a soft play area, swimming pool and sports centre.  The Central Hall has it's own access point from Bull Wynd which is used for civil ceremonies and events and this will be our main entrance for the baby fair (well signed on the day with lift and stair access).  There are several car parks nearby all of which will be free of charge on the day of the baby fair.
